Permanent TSB Fined €21 Million By Central Bank Over Tracker Mortgage Scandal
It's reported that there were a number of failings affecting over 2000 customers
It's received the fine after what the Central Bank described as "serious failings" to over 2,000 customers between 2004 and 2018.
