Peter McVerry Trust Says It's Planning To Ramp Up Delivery Of Social Housing In Cork

The Trust says it will grow housing delivery via long-term leasing, acquisition and schemes like the repair and lease scheme which targets long term vacant homes.
The charity's housing and resettlement services worked with 165 people in Cork last year according to their annual report which was launched this morning.
2019 marked the charity's first year of activity in the city and county, with focus now turning to the delivery of social housing units.
Nationally the Trust plans to deliver over 210, mainly one-bedroom apartments next year.
