Planning decision due on former Capitol Cinema site
It's expected to be announced tomorrow.
A planning decision is due tomorrow on the €50 million euro re-development of the former Capitol Cinema site on Grand Parade.
The existing building is to be demolished and replaced with a major retail, office and food innovation centre.
The retail unit will cover three storey's and have entrances to Patrick Street and the Grand Parade.
