Planning Lodged With Cork City Council For Hotel And Offices On Site Of Former Moore's Hotel
This is located on Morrisons Quay
The development, by the Dublin-based Greenleaf Group, is for a 183-bed hotel and will include the conservation and restoration of three protected structures at numbers 11, 12 and 13 Morrison’s Quay to allow for three new office buildings.
The Echo reports that the former Moore's hotel stopped trading over 10 years ago and had previously been on the market before being sold for a price believed to be in excess of €7 million.
