Planning is to be lodged for a €125 million office development near Kent railway station
The proposed Penrose Dock Development will consist of two 6 and 8 story buildings totalling almost 240,000 square feet of office space with a double basement for 160 cars.
Cork based John Cleary Developments is behind the plans for Penrose Dock, which is to be build beside the €400 million HQ Horgans Quay development
The Irish Examiner reports that construction will start immediately if planning is granted
