The plight of residents facing eviction at another apartment complex in the city was raised at a press conference in the city this afternoon.

Residents of six apartments on the Old Youghal Rd near Dillons Cross have been issued with notices to quit on the grounds of renovation.

It follows the recent case of the residents of the Leeside Apartments who fought eviction from their complex.

Speaking to RedFM News Brendan Keane says like many others facing evictions he has no where else to go, and he's facing the prospect of homeless shelters:
