Post-mortems to be carried out on five bodies from Cavan 'murder-suicide'

Gardaí are treating the deaths of a man in his 40's, his wife who was in her 30's - and their three sons aged 13, 11 and 6 as a murder-suicide.
Post mortems will be carried out on the bodies of five members of the same family who were found dead in Cavan yesterday.
Gardaí are treating the deaths of a man in his 40's, his wife who was in her 30's - and their three sons aged 13, 11 and 6 as a murder-suicide.
The family have been named locally as the Hawes - dad Alan, mum Clodagh and sons Niall, Ryan and Liam.
Gardaí say that they believe all the physical evidence they need is in the house, but are appealing for anyone who may be able to assist them to come forward.
