Property Prices Across The Country Have Only Gone Up Very Slightly

That's according to the latest MyHome.ie/Davy Quarterly House Price Report

It shows they've risen by 0.3 per cent nationally over the past year.

Here in Cork, house prices in the City Centre are up 3% on this time last year, with the average price for a home in the City Centre now standing at €281,000.

While houses in Cork County have risen by 2% in the past 12 months, compared to a 7% rise seen last year.
