Property prices fall in Cork
Property prices across Cork city fell by 7.1%
That's according to the latest report by Daft.ie which found in Quarter 2 the average house prices in County Cork was €218,685 which is 6.9% lower than a year previously. Cork City also saw a drop of 7.1% with the average sales price now standing at €265,637
Most parts of the country show similar trends, with a modest annual fall in sale prices - ranging from 4.9% in Munster to 2.9% in Leinster with rents remaining largely stable
