Publicans Reduce Working Hours And Staff To Survive

A city centre publican admits he is one of many who have had to reduce their opening hours and staff numbers in order to survive. A new reports shows that one in three pubs have reduced their week day opening hours in the last year. Meanwhile half of all publicans have experienced a fall in turnover.
