Rents In Cork Are Out Of Control
That's according to Edel Conlon from the Cork branch of housing charity Threshold
Edel Conlon was speaking following the release of the report which shows that rents rose nationally by an average of 11.3% to €1,300 in the year to September.
The charity has pointed to a lack of availability and enforcement of rent pressure zone legislation as reasons why rents continue to climb.
