Repeat calls being made for new Macroom Garda station

The call in being made at the GRA conference in Carlow.
Macroom Gardaí are repeating their call for the delivery of a new station for the town at the GRA's annual conference in Carlow.
Salary levels are high on the agenda for the Garda Representatives Association conference which will be addressed by the Commissioner Noirin O'Sullivan later today.
The GRA have been campaigning for over 10 years to secure a new station as they say the current facilities are not fit for purpose and do not comply with health and safety standards.
GRA representative for the members of Cork West Division Jason Collins told RedFM News that little progress has been made on the issue.
