Report on Water charges to be released this evening
It's been confirmed that the report of the expert group on water charges will now be released tonight.
The report wasn't due to be released until at least tomorrow, before being given to a new Oireachtas committee later in the week.
However details of the report - which suggests most households will NOT have to pay charges - have already been widely leaked.
Enda Kenny has told the Dáil that because of the leaks, the report will be released this evening:
