Christina Donnelly's son Brendan died following a collision with a drunk driver

The breath test controversy in Cork is an insult to those whose loved ones have lost their lives on our roads.

That's according to Christina Donnelly whose son Brendan, along with his friend Lee Salkeld died following a collision with a drunk driver.

Assistant Commissioner Michael Finn revealed that the number of breath tests undertaken in the Cork City division were inflated by 133%, at a meeting with the justice committee.

Speaking to RedFM News road safety campaigner Christina Donnelly says the figures are very disappointing.
