Rolling Out A Winter Plan In Mid-November Highlights Lack Of Planning From Government And HSE

That's according to General Secretary of the Irish Nursing and Midwives Organisation Phil Ni Sheaghdha

The union has renewed its calls for winter plans to be drawn up earlier in the year to deal with the seasonal increase in patients after the HSE announced a €26 million euro plan to tackle the overcrowding crisis yesterday
