Ryanair Says Over 1.1 Million Of Its Passengers Will Fly Through Cork Airport Next Year

Ryanair says over 1.1 million of its passengers will fly through Cork Airport next year.
The figures come as the airline announced a new twice-weekly service to Budapest, starting from April 2019.
The service is part of Ryanair's expansive summer schedule from Cork and comes as a new 5 year partnership with Cork Airport based Atlantic Flight Training Academy is unveiled.
100 new Ryanair pilots will be trained at the Academy every year, creating 50 new jobs and providing a €3 million annual boost to the region.
Speaking to RedFM News, the airlines Kenny Jacobs says the partnership between Cork Airport and Ryanair is moving from strength to strength.
