Sex abuse survivor backs calls for overhaul of Irish system

A sexual abuse survivor is backing calls for a full open sex offenders and paedophile register in Ireland. Lurleen Hillard who founded support group NoLonger Victims says an overhaul of the system is needed and the figures relating to child abuse are shocking. According to recent research one out of every three girls and one out of every five boys will be sexually abused before they reach age 18.
