Sky not ruling out further jobs Leeside
130 new positions were announced by the company today.
Sky Ireland says it expects to expand operations even further this year which it's hoped will lead to more jobs created in Cork.
It comes after the announcement of 130 new positions by the company at outsourcing company Abtran with offices in both Mahon and Bishopstown.
The sales and customer service roles are expected to come on stream in the coming weeks.
Speaking to Cork's RedFM Managing Director of Sky Ireland J.D Buckley says if the trend in Cork is anything to go by more jobs could be on the cards:
