Social Housing project given go ahead
A long awaited social housing project in the city has been given the go ahead.
According to today's Irish Examiner councillors last night agreed to design plans for the project in Deanrock, Togher.
Flats were knocked on the site almost 10 years ago however the site has been vacant since.
The €16 million project will include over sixty houses, apartments and duplexes and community facilities are also being provided.
