Spaniard jailed after attempting to smuggle drugs through Cork
A 12 month prison sentence has been handed down to a Spaniard who swallowed a kilo of cannabis and attempted to smuggle it into Ireland through Cork The 40 year old was stopped at Cork Airport last August after the customs sniffer dog gave a positive indication that he was carrying drugs.
