St Vincent de Paul worried about effect of water charges

St Vincent de Paul is calling for weekly bills for households they say will struggle to pay water charges. The charity has expressed concern over the amount of allowances available to households with more than one jobseeker, or with adults on low pay. They say weekly bills would be a step towards alleviating large bills which will start arriving into households just after Christmas.
