Staff At Cork Mail Centre Say They've Been Left With No Other Option But To Take To The Streets Today

240 jobs are to go at the Mail Centre
It's after An Post decided to close the centre which it says is operating below 25% capacity.
A protest march will take place at 2.30pm on the Grand Parade today.
It's hoped the action will lead to a reversal of the decision and in the meantime staff are calling on the public to support them and on An Post to engage with them.
Speaking to RedFM News staff at the mail centre Charlotte Gillis and Susan O'Sullivan says they don't know what the future holds for them and they can't understand the decision:
