Staffing Levels At St Finbarr's Hospital Described As Hazardous

Staffing levels at St Finbarr's Hospital have been described as hazardous.

It comes after eight nursing staff  were removed from frontline care following a directive issued by the HSE.

 

The INMO say that patient care will suffer as a result of the drop in nursing staff.

 

Acccording to the INMO up to 12 additional nurses are required to maintain a dignified standard of care for patients at the hospital.

 

They're calling on HSE senior management to immediately fill all current vacancies.
