Spot flooding has been reported in places so Gardaí are advising motorists to light up and slow down.
The Collision on the N40 South Ring Road at the entrance to Jack Lynch Tunnel has been cleared along with the collision on the South Ring Rd westbound at Junction 4 Sarsfield Rd.
Gardaí say there is a lot of surface water on teh south ring in particular so extreme caution is advised.
