Strong interest is being reported in hotels in Cork with six hotels sold in the city and county over the past 15 months... Oriel House Hotel in Ballincollig has just come on the market with an asking price of 6 million euro but the price tag isn't putting off potential investors... Savills Hotels and Leisure who have been appointed to sell the hotel by receivers KPMG are already reporting interest from a number of domestic parties along with potential buyers in the UK and the US..
