Student Accommodation Complex In Cork Charging Over €4,000 For Second Half Of Academic Year
The Lee Point complex on the site of the former Beamish and Crawford site on South Main street is offering apartments for the 18 week term between January and May.
A standard en-suite room costs €228 per week, while the most expensive 'Premium Plus' room starts from €247 per week.
The Unirest Students Residences website also lists the premium plus room at €256 per week for the full term next year, adding up to over €9,700
Bills are included in the cost of each room.
