Students who live less than 45km from college urged to commute
UCC Students Union are urging students who live within 45km of the college to commute where possible.
A lack of student accomodation has been reported Leeside and a centralised placement service has been set up in UCC in a bid to cope with demand and place incoming first-year students.
Students who have accepted a place at UCC through the CAO can now register with the accommodation placement service.
Speaking to RedFM News Students Union President Olan Sheehan says they're working to secure accommodation for all students:
