Taoiseach issues warning to local authorities

The Taoiseach's warned local authorities to get building houses.
Enda Kenny's defended the 'Rebuilding Ireland' housing plan launched yesterday saying it is a genuine attempt to deal with the issues of homelessness and housing.
The €5.35 billion funding package will see 47,000 social houses built by 2021 with Minister Simon Coveney promising that a "significant proportion" of them are earmarked for Cork city and county
But the Sinn Féin President Gerry Adams says the commitment to build 47,000 social homes falls short of what needs to be done.
Enda Mr Kenny says the local authorities must now step up and deliver:
