Teenager accused of Texas high school shooting exchanged 'a lot of firepower' with police

The teenager accused of killing 10 people is said to of had a standoff with police before surrendering.

The 17-year-old is charged with capital murder after it happened in Santa Fe on Friday.

Officials in the US state have also revealed he shouted 'surprise' before shooting.
