Tendering process to begin for super dump in Bottle Hilll

The County Council is expected to start the process in the next two weeks.
The County Council is to begin a tendering process in the next fortnight for use of the €48 million euro planned super dump in Bottle Hill.
Reacting to the news this morning a Country Clean representative confirmed to RedFM news that they have an interest in the site.
It comes after several calls by residents living in the vicinity of the company's contentious waste depot in Churchfield to relocate the facility to the Bottle Hill site in a bid to get rid of foul odours in the area.
A source from the campaign group in Churchfeild says communications between them and the company have broken down and domestic waste is currently being transferred elsewhere while works to improve the Northside plant, including the development of an airtight facility, continue.
AUDIO: However speaking to RedFM News this campaigner says locals won't be happy until the facility is moved.
