Tense Time For Two Candidates In Bantry/West Cork Electoral Area

The second recount at County Hall not expected to conclude before 6pm
Holly McKeever Cairns of the Social Democrats says there's a "real appetite for change" as the second recount continues at Cork County Hall
Her competitor for the last seat, Independent Finbarr Harrington, says there are a number of discrepancies with some ballot papers so they have to be rechecked however he acknowledges that everyone is anxious for a conclusion.
The recount is expected to run on until at least 6pm this evening at County Hall
