The Citizens Assembly is resuming its discussions of the 8th Amendment this morning

It's the fourth weekend in a series of meetings looking at the future of Ireland's abortion laws

The Citizens Assembly will meet again today to discuss the 8th Amendment of the constitution.

The gathering will hear today from 17 advocacy groups and representative organisations - from both sides of the abortion debate.

The Assembly is due to make a recommendation to the Oireachtas next month on the future of Eighth Amendment.
