The Former Garda Station On MacCurtain Street Is To Be Put Up For Sale Next Month

The station closed in 2013 as part of a programme of Garda station closures
Up to 100 stations were closed, however since then, Ballinspittle is among 6 to be reopened.
The State is now planning to sell to station, which has been idle for the past 6 years.
It;s believed that the premises was considered by Cork CIty Council, before deciding not to proceed with the purchase.
