The Health and Safety Authority still probing UCC workplace accident
The Health and Safety Authority is still investigating the death of a member of the governing board of UCC in a workplace accident last year. A HSA inspector, has told the City coroner that the investigation into Frank McGrath’s death last March - is “very complex” and will take “some time”.
