The Housing Minister Says Fianna Fail's Promises On Housing Are 'Entirely Disingenuous'
Eoghan Murphy has hit back at comments from Micheál Martin
Micheál Martin says he's promised a housing plan for three years and still produced nothing.
His comments come as construction began at the weekend on a €40 million affordable housing project in the City Centre which will deliver 116 two and three-bedroom homes and 37 apartments for social housing over the next two years.
Leo Varadkar turned the sod on the project at Boherboy Road in Mayfield on Saturday.
It's understood the 24 two-bedroom homes will be sold for €198,000 each, while the 92 three-bedroom homes are priced at €223,000.
However Chair of the Housing Committee, Fine Gael's deputy Noel Rock says a list of bullet points with no plan or budget, doesn't build anything:
