The INMO Says It Has No Confidence In The Health Minister Or The HSE To Tackle Hospital Overcrowding

Over 10 thousand people were waiting for a bed in hospitals across the country in April

The organisation says it's an 8 per cent increase on the same month last year and the highest April figure since records began.

Fianna Fáil says it believes capacity issues aren't the only source of overcrowding in our hospitals.

Its Health Spokesperson, Stephen Donnelly, says we're lagging behind other European countries in a number of key areas.
