The President Visits Cork
President Michael D. Higgins is in Cork today to sign his name to the "Big book of Ireland" . The publication contains handwritten poems by the country's best known poets, artists, and composers. A poem written by President Higgins will also featurne in the book - which will be officially signed by him at UCC at a special ceremony.
