The RSA Says Every Person In Public Life Should Obey Road Laws

It comes after the Agriculture Minister Barry Cowen and Cork East Sinn Fein TD Pat Buckley admitted drink-driving in the past.

 

They were also driving on learner permits at the time - which has led to calls for explanations on why they didn’t get a full licence.
