The Second Round Of Talks Aimed At Resolving The Beef Dispute Is Due To Get Underway Today

Farmers held protests outside supermarket distribution centres around the country yesterday.

They will resume their demonstrations later, as part of the ongoing row with meat factories over beef prices.

However, retailers won't be present at today's talks, despite repeated requests from farmers that they be included.
