The Spotlight Is Back On The Homeless Crisis Leeside Today

Focus Ireland have launched their Big Rebel Sleep Out this morning.
The event which has been organised in conjunction with Cork City FC will take place on April 14th and aims to raise awareness of the current situation which the organisation says is worsening.
The government has been called on in recent weeks to officially declare the homeless crisis a national emergency.
Speaking to RedFM News Dick White of Focus Ireland says he doesn't expect the situation in Cork to get any better:
