The Tanaiste And The Communications Minister Have Met With Eir And Vodafone To Discuss Customer Service Complaints
Leo Varadkar and Eamon Ryan held the discussions this afternoon
It's after hearing about a lot of people experiencing very poor support from the companies.
Over recent weeks, a number of TD's have described the customer service of Eir as "appalling" and "atrocious" in the Dail.
Tanaiste Leo Varadkar says today's meeting was very useful and he really expect things to improve.
