The US media networks called the state of Pennsylvania for the Democratic senator yesterday -- ruling out the possibility of Donald Trump winning re-election.
President Trump has not conceded the loss -- and was filmed playing golf in Virginia while his campaign team told reporters they were lodging legal challenges in several states.
Taoiseach Micheál Martin's congratulated the President-elect -- and says he'll be a friend to Ireland:
