A new study suggests letting toddlers play frequently with tablets and phones could be putting them at a higher risk of emotional and behavioural problems when they start school.

Youngsters who extensively use devices are more likely to have hyperactivity issues, a short attention span and poor concentration when they turn five compared to their peers.
