Time stands still on the City's Northside
Time is standing still on the northside of the city as the Shandon clock has just stopped working... Over the last year the famous Four Face Liar has been losing time and now it's stopped working altogether.. The maintenance of the clock is the responsibilty of the City Council and a spokeswoman says they are aware of the problem and are working to get the clock functioning again, however it requires specialist expertise..
