Togher stand off over installation of water meters
Residents of a Togher based housing estate are engaged in a stand off this lunchtime with workers from Irish Water... Gardai have been called to the scene at the Ashbrook Estate in Togher as the reisdents mounted a protest after Irish Water workers attempted to install water meters at the estate...
