Tom Crean to appear on tail fin of Norwegian transatlantic flights from Cork to Boston
Antartic explorer Tom Crean will feature on the tail fin of Norwegain Air's flights from Cork to the US.
The first transatlantic service from Cork to Boston will start on July the 1st, and will run three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays .
Tom Crean's portrait will appear on the airlines new 737MAX aircraft that will serve the transatlantic routes from Cork, Shannon and Dublin.
Norwegian chose to honour the explorer as they say he symbolises the spirit of the company through innovation, achievement and inspiring others.
