The €20 million 15 storey development, which will be located close to Parnell Bus Station, will provide 60,000 sq foot office space and create a modern cityscape for Cork.
Tower Holdings says there is a strong demand for offices and commercial buildings within the city centre and this will help to meet this demand as Cork is set to become Ireland's fasted growing city in the next 25 years
It's expected the Prism Building will create over 100 jobs on site during development and a multiple of this figure over the next 18 months.
