Traders Say They're Yet To See The Benefit Of The Patrick Street Car Ban
They say they are frustrated when they look out their shop windows to see motorists getting fines for driving on it.
It comes after it was revealed that over 60 fines have been issued to private cars for driving on the street between the hours of 3pm and 6.30pm when cars are prohibited from accessing it.
