Travel expert says Government will be watching rest of Europe before easing international travel restrictions

Portugal says it will welcome passengers from most European countries from tomorrow, including for non-essential reasons
Plans for the EU's digital travel cert will be discussed by MEPs and the European Commission on Tuesday.
Air and Travel magazine Editor, Eoghan Corry, doesn't think Ireland will move as quickly as other countries:
"Dismantling all of that process is going to be a big decision for politicians who take it on. And I think that they will probably look at what's happening elsewhere in Europe, and see the results of other countries, opening up, and whether that has a negative effect on numbers. If it doesn't, then Ireland will start to move but it will be a couple of weeks after the rest of Europe."
