26 people, including children as young as five, were shot dead at a Baptist Church in Texas yesterday, while 20 others were injured.
The US Air Force says the gunman believed to be responsible had been dishonourably discharged three years ago.
President Trump has described 26 year old Devin Kelley as deranged.
